I was referred to TPA Flooring Systems Owner/Operator
Ed Rios by a general contractor I received an estimate for on another project. After receiving estimates from three other
wood floor refinishing companies, I decided to work with Ed because of the knowledge he appeared to have relating to re-staining
wood floors, his website showed some of his previous jobs which looked great
and his estimate was also reasonable. Ed was fantastic to work with and did a great job on our floors. The floors are gorgeous and Ed went out of his way to make us happy. For example, when I wasn't exactly sure as
to what shade of cherry I wanted for my floors, Ed made a sample board of various shades based on what I had described to
him and he nailed the color that I
wanted to perfection. Ed was incredibly easy to deal with and frequently went out of his way to meet me, even on weekends,
as I was commuting to Tampa, where the house was located. I highly recommend that you include Ed and his company if you ever
need your wood floors redone.

"Eddie was completely professional and coudn't have been more friendly and caring.
As soon as he and his son arrived I relaxed because I could tell he was the kind of guy that does things right. He did a perfect
job and did it fast. Additionally, I wanted to say that the previous person I hired to refinish my wood floors had gauged
them severely with the sander and put the polyurethane over the floor and left before I noticed. Eddie sanded this out perfectly.
I know this was a lot of extra work for him but I received no complaints or extra charges. I am completely satisfied with

In remodeling a home built in 1923 I've dealt with several different trades , at the estimate and working
relationship stages. TPA Flooring was the only subcontractor I dealt with where I didn’t have a referral
from a friend or family member. I had never met or heard of Eddie prior to contacting your company. Eddie Rios
was by far the most pleasant and straightforward sub-contractor. He even threw in for free sanding an antique ironing
board closet door, (repurposed for a spice rack), without repeatedly reminding me what a "favor he had done me",
or "how hard he worked", familiar refrains from other subcontractors. The repairs were substantial and he
took great pains to match the wood with his old wood (oak and pine) supply. The results were FANTASTIC.
The floors are the first thing that’s commented on when people walk in the home. His prices are reasonable
and his professionalism and work ethic are above reproach. I give him 5 stars, and YES I would not hesitate to
